Live-aboard crewed dive catamaran Mimbaw is a luxury Lagoon 410 with 3 cabins in queen size comfort for guests and 1 for the crew. Scuba diving is included for up to 4 dives a day, with or without PADI Intructor (Captain) & Dive master (Chef). Leave behind the "hostel style" live-aboard dive vessels and enter into a luxury all-inclusive catamaran. Your private Chef/Hostess prepares your favorite foods while you enjoy lounging on the trampoline, lounge on the jumbo beanbags between dives. We sail and dive the St. Maarten/St. Barth/Saba area and the British Virgin Islands. You decide where we sail! Mimbaw's experienced captain and dive instructor is eager to offer special consultations on the most pristine dive sites of the islands. Mimbaw is one of only a handful of dive yachts offering NITROX diving. Many toys including a fast dinghy for water sports like water-skiing, tubing, and wake boarding are available for your pleasure at no extra charge. A floating bar and beach lounge barbecue set will add to your unforgettable sailing and diving experience aboard Mimbaw.

Bastiaan Kroon & Darren Fryl Captain and Chef

Bastiaan

Bastiaan is one of few Captains who can claim an authentic lifelong passion for sailing. Bastiaan was born on a houseboat in the Dutch river De Vecht. At age 4, he was given his own sailing dinghy and fondly remembers the feeling of independence as he held the rudder in his hand. To complement his love of water, Bastiaan received his PADI open water scuba certification in Curacao 15 years ago. He has since dove in sites all around the world, and has qualified as a PADI dive master and scuba instructor.

Bastiaan is thrilled to be able to entertain guests aboard

Mimbaw. As an ex-professional cook he will amaze you

with his passion for exotic and local dishes. He is easy-going, caring and sociable and gets along well with many. He looks forward to showing you around his favorite nooks in the Caribbean.

Jenny Muller

Introduction:

At nine years of age Jenny was drawn to sailing and so began her love of the sea. Jenny Muller hails from Sydney, the city of sails, where she worked in Real Estate and Landscape Design. The siren sound of the sea, not to mention the sails on Sydney Harbour, soon began to pull at Jenny’s heartstrings and so she jumped at the opportunity to jump on a 55ft ocean racing yacht, chartering on the Great Barrier Reef. One and a half years later she earned her captains licence and Jenny made the giant leap into the professional world of yachting. But, it was sailing her laser as a child that gave Jenny her sailing knowledge and seamanship technique for a lifetime.

In school, Jenny perused a course in hospitality, and this carried her into cooking onboard charter yachts. While she enjoys the broad spectrum of cuisine styles, she specialises in ‘Australian Mediterranean’ cuisine. Some might call that ‘Fusion’!

Charter guests will find Jenny’s spirit, and her amazing dishes inspiring. Couple that with the fact that she absolutely loves what she is doing, and you will see that Jenny is joy to be on charter with. Her spirit shines through in everything she does, and charter guests will love her amazing smile.
