“This is the essence of what we all thought. I also appreciate the owners input in the quality provided to us such as the crystal glasses and linens just as examples but really everything onboard.(especially the scuba equipment)We loved the variety of table arrangements. I think Jacey enjoyed that too!
Please forward this to the owners as we appreciate using their yacht and let them know that the crew are taking great care of it.They were constantly washing off the salt and maintaining it.” – Jan 2013
OUR EXPERIENCE ON MIRACLE
“The moment we arrived at the marina, staff were there to greet us, take our luggage and welcome us aboard the Miracle.
The boat was spotless; it literally shone in the sunlight and the decor was inviting.
The amenities aboard were perfect for our one week adventure. We used all rooms and sunning areas of the boat and enjoyed all the water sports equipment as much as we could. With each activity, crew were there to assist and instruct as necessary.
The flowers on board provided an elegant touch and with each different meal, the dining decor changed. The level of detail was superb - right down to the napkin rings.
We can't say enough about the crew!! They looked after our every need. They were there when you needed/requested them and were discreet in their absence when we didn't need assistance. They were friendly, engaging and genuinely interested in what we had to say. They were helpful, accommodating and frankly, they were a major contributing factor to our overall enjoyment of our week on Miracle.
Quality service was always provided with a smile and conversation. Some examples included: Captain Pete's incredible ability at the helm, knowledge of our locations and great suggestions; Jacey, unsolicited, bringing a special drink to our stateroom with a beaming smile (she was always smiling), washing our clothes if required before we packed to go home and taking wonderful photos for our souvenir DVD; Nigel providing wonderful instruction for the deep sea diving, taking beautiful underwater pictures when we were snorkeling and putting the DVD together; Sian helping us with meals, sports activities, drinks, and so much more; and last but certainly not least, Zak, whose expertise in the kitchen surpassed all expectations of 5 star cuisine. We can't say enough about his skills -the presentation of the food, the way it was cooked - it was over the top.
This truly was one of the the best holidays we have ever experienced. The facilities were fabulous, but the crew took it to a whole new level. Hats off to them; they provided the most extraordinary experience of a lifetime for us.” – Jan 2013
"The holiday was fantastic, we had such a great time. The yacht itself was perfect with great outdoor/sunbathing space, all the toys you would need and luxurious cabins. This was ofcourse topped by an amazing crew that provided brilliant hospitality, great locations and ideas for beachbar trips, zip line outing and diving (we did a wreck night dive that was incredible). The chef, Zach, made sure we had fantastic meals at all times without being overwelmed. All the crew were so friendly and exceptional at leaving us "alone" while always caring for us at the same time. Small personalised touches like providing a basket with gifts and a cd full of pictures on the last night made it all the more genuine. The birthday started with the saloon filled with balloons... it was a great day!!
We are already wanting to go back..." – Feb 2013
