Captain Phil Richards has been setting the standards for the yachting industry for years. A native of Maine, he grew up where keen navigational skills and good seamanship were an utmost necessity. Having skippered yachts throughout his adult life, Phil brings a wealth of experience for charter sailing and fun. With many seasons upon the seas of the Caribbean and Mediterranean, Phil has run the gamut from small sailing yachts to skippering mega power yachts. Delightfully, he has returned to his passion for sailing and can now be found onboard the beautiful, traditional performance sloop Mustang!
Phil welcomes all aboard with great sea stories and a keen eye for fine maintenance and attentive service. Do not let the opportunity to enjoy the “Red Carpet/Red Boat” treatment of Captain Phil Richards leave you in its wake!
When not aboard, Phil enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter and enjoying small boat sailing in less known and visited locales, investigating new areas and collecting friends and associates along the way! Jessie Richards has been sailing with her father Captain Phil since she can remember. Jessie has been working for years as a graphic designer and has a passion for creating in all mediums, including food. She just recently graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and Studio Art. Now Jessie has joined her father in the yachting industry to indulge her love of cooking and enjoy traveling the seas.
