Crew Profile

CAPTAIN – KC Caulfield United States

Keith Caulfield, known as KC, grew up in St. Croix, one of the US Virgin Islands. As a child, he spent many weekends on his dad’s fishing boat and later worked for a tour and dive charter company on his home island. Although KC has held a Captain’s license for eighteen years, he began his career in yachting as a deckhand/steward and has held the positions of mate and engineer. He knows the importance of a well-rounded crew member and a strong charter team. For years KC has captained both owner trips and charters throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean offering his local knowledge of these cruising grounds. His charter successes can be attributed to his enthusiasm to explore as well as his extensive knowledge of the best charter destinations. KC is great with children and has two boys ages 10 and 7. He loves fishing, shelling, snorkeling, and anything to do with water sports.

FIRST OFFICER – Nick Adams New Zealand

Nick was born and raised in New Zealand. He is passionate about traveling, skiing, snowboarding, golfing, and rugby. Nick has worked on private and charter yachts for over five years. Prior to joining yachting, Nick completed his Marketing Degree at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. Nick is currently working his way toward OOW Unlimited and wants to progress further to the 3000T Masters License.

ENGINEER – Chris Sciamanda United States

Chris was born in Philadelphia and served in the military as a diver for many years. With his strong connection to the ocean, Chris found that after leaving the military that he could not stay away from the water for too long. The yachting industry was the ideal fit for Chris - being able to do what he loves, on the ocean. Chris is part of an Ice hockey team and loves cycling around all the new places we go to. 10 years down the line and he is still as pleased as he was the first day he began his career on these beautiful yachts.

 CHEF – Mark Godbeer South Africa

Mark’s absolute love for cooking and childhood infatuation with the ocean made yachting the ideal career choice. Having trained in London, studied in South Africa, apprenticed in the Seychelles and run a restaurant in Canada and New York City – Traveling was already apparent in his life.Mark’s enthusiasm for the culinary arts literally propelled him to complete a 3-year intensive culinary diploma within 1 year’s time and now he’s currently composing his first cookbook. He writes monthly articles/recipe columns for 2 prestigious yachting magazines and with 11 years as a chef, Mark is constantly pushing the boundaries. Mark adds his flair not only into the food but also into the dining experience as a whole. If you ask Mark what his greatest achievement has been thus far, he’ll say, “Doing what I love to do!”

CHIEF STEWARDESS – Jamie-Lee Sykes South Africa

Growing up on the east coast of South Africa, with the beach and Indian Ocean as her back yard Jamie-Lee has always been close to the water. Surfing every chance she could get, or wake boarding and paddle boarding. Jamie-Lee bonded a love for the ocean that has only grown over the years and matured into a career at sea. Jamie-Lee has been working as a Stewardess aboard busy private and charter yachts for the last 7 years, giving her a great set of skills and knowledge in her profession. She enjoys surfing, wake boarding, running, swimming and loves her yoga and reading new and interesting books, always leaving her full of energy and smiles. When it comes to beautiful food and wines, Jamie delights in discovering new tastes and flavors that broaden her views and knowledge as a Chief Stewardess and with this, help ensure that her guests are always left smiling and satisfied. Jamie absolutely loves what she does and whatever it is you may enjoy doing with your time onboard, whether it be relaxing, sipping cocktails or exploring the beautiful areas you are in, she will make sure it will be a trip to remember.

STEWARDESS – Ashleigh Smith Australia

Ashleigh is from Australia and previously worked in the financial service industry. To bring balance to her life she sought out to travel and explore the world for a few years. She has been to 42 countries thus far and only continues to add to her travel list. Joining the yachting industry has combined her passion for traveling and love for the ocean. Ashleigh is always looking for an adventure and her hobbies include diving, surfing, yoga and anything else that involves the sunshine and sea. Ashleigh has a positive energy and is full of smiles , she is easy to get a long with and connects with people from all walks of life. Ashleigh is always eager to learn more and experience new things and will with out a doubt make your experience onboard ‘Never Enough’ an unforgettable one. 

BOSUN – Joel Atzenhoffer Australia

Joel was born and raised in Australia. He has a degree in Business Management and prior to joining yachting worked in finance. Growing up on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Joel enjoyed living close to the beach which made him passionate about the water. He enjoys jet skiing, spending time at the beach, tennis, rugby, basketball, and traveling to new places. Joel plans to further his yachting career by attaining more qualifications and experience. He is enthusiastic about yachting and is looking forward to sharing his experiences with guests.

DECKHAND/STEWARD – Owen Garcia United States

Owen grew up in Athens, Georgia. Before entering yachting, he studied business at the University of North Georgia. He enjoys working on cars, video games and playing a good game of tennis. He joined yachting in the hopes of learning the ropes and working his way up and to travel the world. He is excited to work both on deck, and in the interior to help make charters unforgettable for guests.
