CAPTAIN: Mattia Dzaja, age: 30
Nationality: Italian
Capt. Mattia has enormous experience at sea including time aboard yachting, commercial and naval ships. Most recently, he has been the Captain of the 34m Benetti HALLELUJAH and also the Sailing Schooner Ishtar. His love of the sea has taken him to numerous locations: Mediterranean Sea, Caribbean Sea, Venezuela, Colombia, Panamà, Cuba, Croatia, Montenegro, Tyrrhenian islands, Greece and Turkey.
He is fluent in English and speaks school French.

CHEF: Antonio Panariello (age: 36)
Nationality: Italian
Antonio has achieved almost twenty years of experience working for major hotels all over the world. He is specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and he is now a chef for more than ten years. He has a good knowledge of English.

FIRST MATE: Matteo Fanfani (age: 36)
Nationality: Italian
Matteo began his sailing experience onboard the well know "Croce del Sud" where in six years he has progressively learned and improved from deckhand to Officer. He is a great lover of the sea and windsurfer. He speaks good English, French and German.

SECOND MATE: Stefano Monesi age: 26
Nationality: Italian
Stefano has been working hard as a deckhand and consequently as a Mate onboard of many sailing yachts for the last six years. Highly skilled, he has been recently upgraded to Second Officer. He loves his job and could not live without the sea. He has good knowledge of English.

CHIEF ENGINEER: Enrico Ricci (age: 34)
Nationality: Italian
For more than three years, Enrico was the Chief Engineer onboard the well known M/Y Romantica from Baglietto boat builders. Previously, he was employed for leading mechanical and engineering companies within Italy. He is a great lover of the sea.

CHIEF STEWARDESS: Diana Del Medico age: 25
Nationality: Italian
Diana has learned how to use her human relation skills and problem solving ability in working directly with the guests onboard of the "M/N Navigator of the Seas" Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as a Guest Relation Officer. She enjoys working directly with guests in creating a positive, meaningful experience. Diana is fluent in English and Spanish.

STEWARDESS: Andrea Hilda age: 28
Nationality: Romanian
Andrea has achieved experience working as a waitress for Norwegian Cruise Line. She takes great pride in her job and has been offering excellent service for almost seven years. She is extremely guest oriented. She is fluent in English and Italian.

RELIEF CHIEF STEWARD: Kevin Dibonito (age: 28)
Nationality: Italian/Irish
Kevin has over five years of experience as a steward aboard some of the most discerning yachts including Christina O. and Dionea. When not sailing he spends his time as a ski instructor in Switzerland. Kevin speaks italian and fluent english.
