ONE MORE TOY Crew Profile
Captain Randall Petersen:
Captain Randall Petersen has been in yachting for 20 years and is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, but currently resides in Mallorca, Spain. Randall grew up racing sailboats and has a lifelong love of the sea. During his career he has served aboard such vessels as Huntress, Carmac VII, Matanthar, Passion, KingFisher, and Altitude. He holds a USCG 1600 ton Master's license and a BFA degree in Theatre. Randall has cruised extensively in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Pacific, US East & West coasts, and South and Central America and enjoys finding the hidden gems of these cruising grounds. He has been chartering for his entire yachting career and is very pleased to be taking command of M/Y One More Toy.
First Mate Jules Phillimore was raised in London, England. His enthusiasm for boats started at an early age and has been sailing for many years. He has raced at Cowes Week in the Isle of Wight many times and especially enjoys racing Hobie cats. One More Toy is his first “Motor” Yacht. Prior to that, he was 1st Mate on the schooner S/Y Eliza. Julian is adventurous, distinguished, entertaining and sociable. His easy disposition makes him a popular crewmember on board with all guests. Anything to do with water keeps him happy and he is also a keen skier and skeet shooter.
Engineer Mark Mudge Growing up in Milford, CT Mark fell in love with his backyard playground of Long Island Sound. During the summers he could be found playing on those waters or working on the boats that plied them. Mark’s longest stint away from the shore was the time he spent in the mountains of Denver where he went to earn his Degree in Diesel Engine Technology. After graduation, the call of the ocean lured Mark to the world’s yachting capital in Florida where he spent eight years at one of the premier yacht maintenance facilities. In working under (and then training) these master marine craftsman Mark gained his passion for the yachting industry so the next logical step was to sign on as a crewmember and head out to Sea. M/Y One More Toy is the third yacht the captain and engineer have worked on together. He has since spent the last seven years serving as Chief Engineer and a valuable team member aboard large yachts. AKA “Sparky” will do everything in his power to ensure that our guest’s time aboard One More Toy goes off without a hitch and that it is the time of their lives.
Executive Chef Eric Sarnow Eric’s career as a chef started more than twenty years ago and in that time he’s worked in some of the best fine dining restaurants, both in the US and in France. Eric has appeared in restaurant guide books and as a guest chef on television on numerous occasions. He can also pride himself with having contributed some of his own recipes to well-known cook books.

She has been in the industry for over 5 years, and in that time has traveled the Mediterranean and Caribbean extensively. Before yachting, Melissa completed a degree in Health Science and is now a qualified Naturopath. Her love for the healthy lifestyle often has her outside breathing in the fresh air, whether it be out at sea wakeboarding, up a mountain snowboarding, or just hiking in the hills.
Melissa looks forward to receiving guests on board One More Toy and strives to provide the best service possible.
2nd Stewardess Clare Robertson has been on board since last July. She has been in the yachting industry for four seasons. Before joining, she had just finished traveling Southeast Asia for four months. She has worked as 2nd stewardess on M/Y Tigre dor and on the previous M/Y Lady Zelda working as Deckhand/Stewardess. Her yachting travels have taken her through two Mediterranean seasons, to the Caribbean islands, west coast of America, Canada and Alaska. She loves outdoor sports including water sports, snow boarding, rock climbing, tennis and running. Her love for interior design and arts has given her a drive for creative table settings and themes. Her training certificates include Wine Appreciation, Boat Masters, Competent Crew and Powerboat Level 1 and 2.
3rd Stewardess Meaghan O’Neill was raised in Brisbane, Australia. After completion of high school she went on to acquire a Diploma of Tourism. Taking her experience she learned during her schooling she decided to apply for a much sought-after position at “Richard Branson’s” Virgin Blue Airlines. After working in the industry for two years and handling the travel needs of thousands of guests she decided to work abroad and moved to London, England. She worked in Education as a Learning Support Assistant for 8 months. Wanting to continue her travels but needing to make money at the same time, she researched the yachting industry and acquired a position on M/Y One More Toy.
