06/03 Captain JOHN BUTLER, holds a USCG captains license and has 23 years at sea ranging from Aleutians to Turkey with Hawaiian and Atlantic Passages. He has also cruised the West Coast of Mexico, Sea of Cortez, California, Pacific Northwest, Chesapeake Bay and Potomac river on a routine basis. He holds the following credentials USCG Master's license 500GT upon oceans, USCG Mate's License 1600GT/3000 ITC upon Oceans, USCG Master of sail 100GT upon Oceans, PADI Open water diver. Guest satisfaction is #1 with John and his willingness to please will make your stay aboard PANACHE a memorable one. First Mate MAX EADE, has a wide variety of experience on yachts both in the USA and abroad. His qualifications include Yachtmaster Offshore, Sea Survival, Basic Fire Fighting, RYA First Aid, VHF Radio Operators license and PADI Dive Master. On PANACHE, he strives to ensure a safe and comfortable and relaxing journey for all, both on board and ashore. Hostess/Chef NATALIE HUGO, was raised in South Africa and has continually strives to fine tune her chef skills in many cuisines having traveled extensively in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Her stint as full-time cook at a Villa in Cannes and numerous chalet management positions have left her with a unique versatility in the Galley. With a background of cooking and entertaining, she started in the boating industry as a cook/stewardess on bard the very busy charter yacht. This sparked her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more to become an essential part of a top-notch charter yacht crew. John, Max and Natalie are eager to please with a splendid "can do" attitude to ensure a safe and comfortable cruise aboard PANACHE.
