The range of Ibrahim “Ibo’s” cuisine is very rich and can hardly be framed with 7 days menu suggestions. Ibrahim cannot tolerate ready sources, half-ready cookies or pastry. Every day guests of Papa Joe you will be welcomed by fresh multi grained bread, rich variety of cakes and cookies for afternoon tea, mouth watering cold and hot appetizers “mezes”, healthy Mediterranean specialties, wonderful presentation and seductive desserts. Portions, way of cooking, ingredients used will not let guest of Papa Joe gain weight though, and that what our chef may guarantee despite impressive rich menu.
