Steve Brownsea - Captain Patient Falcon
Steve grew up in Australia and started in the sailing industry in 1982 working for a small charter company in north Queensland, first washing and repairing boats then moving on to teaching sailing and finally as captain.
He left Australia in 1988 to pursue a career in yacht racing and spent several years working with different teams from places such as Australia, Japan, Mexico and USA ocean racing in the pacific between California, Japan, Australia, The Atlantic, Mediterranean, Indian and southern Ocean

After many years racing he moved on to work in the cruising yacht industry, doing both private and charter. Steve loves the career he has chosen; sailing is his passion and he looks forward to sharing it and his knowledge of sailing with all his charter guests.

Mate: Francesco Magliano
Born in Turin 33 years ago, should have been a professional skier but when he turned 16 he discovered a passion for sailing.  He started racing on dinghies and then on to bigger boats and moved to the Italian Riviera where his professional yachting career started. He enjoys travel, meeting new people and visiting new places on land and diving in different locations.  In addition he cooks  spaghetti and other Italian courses with mamma’s recipes for his shipmates.  Francesco is a licensed yachtmaster with good engineering skills and knowledge of electronics.

SABRINE AZOULAY Chef/Stewardess
Her real passion is cooking and creating flavorsand texture  She likes to understand as much as she can about her guest’s diets and gourmet desires, to give them the pleasure of eating nice,
healthy fresh food.  Ever since she was a child she’s loved to travel and she enjoys to incorporate local ingredients in her cuisine.  Sabrine graduated from the CULINARY SCHOOL OF MARSEILLE, She has attended many different courses with different chefs known in France and on an International level. She also has a vast knowledge of fine wines and champagnes
Her hobbies include the arts, live music, travel and exploring exotic food markets and restaurants.
