Master Stateroom:
Full-beam Master suit with a king-size bed on the main deck is entered from the starboard hallway. This stateroom features a sitting area and generous closet space throughout. The cabin has an office area and his and hers ensuites with spa tub and steam room. 50" HDTV
VIP Staterooms:
The VIP Stateroom on the bridge deck has a queen-sized bed, dressing table and chair ensuite with spa bath and clear views outside from the cabin. 20" TV/DVD
Guest Stateroom (2):
Both have Queen sized bed, entertainment system with 20" HDTV, hanging locker and storage drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a Spa tub/shower.

Both have Twin beds with night stand, and entertainment system with 20" HDTV. The ensuite bathrooms has a spa tub/shower.
WALKTHROUGH
Main Salon & Dining Room: The Salon has a spacious bar and in the center has a entertainment center with 42" HDTV with satellite. Forward of the Salon is the Dining area that can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Aft Deck: There is access from the aft deck to the sky lounge deck and the swim platform. Table and seating area for up to 12 guests.
Sky lounge Deck: The sky lounge deck is an excellent place for entertaining. There is a full wetbar with 4-bar stools, a large sofa, 42" HDTV, card table and day head. This area leads to the aft deck dining area with teak table and chairs with seating for up to 12 guests. There is a BBQ grill and a fold down TV in this area as well.
Sundeck: Features aft include sunbeds and a seating area which can be covered with a large awning and umbrellas if desired. Center there is a covered jacuzzi and forward there are 2 seating areas with tables and a flat screen drop down TV. There is also a retractable sun roof if you wish to enjoy more sun or watch the stars at night.

PENNY MAE Crew Profile
Captain: Mike O’Neill, South African
Now into his 13th year as a charter yacht captain, Mike brings the Penny Mae program a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a professional attitude and meticulous eye for detail. Mike started his maritime career straight out of school by joining the Navy as a submariner where he served for 5 years before moving across to the Superyacht industry. In the early days he worked as an engineer before obtaining his masters license and has since taken command of some of the industry’s well know yachts such as “Katharine”, “Princess Mariana”, “Majestic” and “Lady Michelle” resulting in many highly successful charter seasons in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He leads an experienced and seasoned crew aboard “Penny Mae”, ensuring guests experience the cruise of a lifetime. When not working, one will probably find Mike scuba diving or out taking photos ashore somewhere.
Chef: Paul Silverthorn, Canadian
Paul was raised on a farm in Surrey, Canada. From a young age Paul was enthralled with food. His passion led him to start studying the culinary arts immediately after finishing school. He has be professionally cooking for thirteen years, while traveling the world, having served aboard notable yachts such as “Siren”, “Virginian” and “Queen K”. He takes time whenever possible to study new cuisines, living in each place at least a month in order to immerse himself in the culture ensuring he gets it just right. Paul loves to cook, and his passion often has him in the galley late into the evening prepping and making his next creation. He prides himself on making everything from scratch including all breads, and spice mixes.
Chief Stewardess: Naja Bertelsen, Danish
Naja was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her father served as a Chief Engineer in the Navy on Submarines and her grandfather was a Captain maneuvering large container ships around the world from Copenhagen to Antarctica. After finishing her bachelor in BA & Organizational Communication in 2009 she decided it was time to conquer the seas and see the world, packed her bags and went off to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where her career began. She has worked aboard boats such as “Latitude” & “Aldabra” and has cruised the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Central America, West Coast of the USA, Alaska & Tahiti in the South Pacific extensively through out her career. Before joining the yachting industry, Naja worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years as Wine Waitress, Cocktail Bartender and Restaurant & Venue Manager at some of Copenhagen’s top restaurants. She has a big “Service Heart” and has a meticulous eye for details and takes great joy in creating just the right atmosphere for your overall experience onboard Penny Mae. In the spare time Naja can be found out and about looking for adventures, hiking, exploring the local nature & community tasting food and wine, taking photos or with a really good book.
2nd Stewardess: Hannah Whitehead, British
Having grown up in London, Hannah didn’t realize her passion for the sea until she travelled Central America, Australia and Thailand at the age of 19. It was during this time that she took her PADI Open Water Certificate and came to love the Ocean. Previous to working aboard Yachts, Hannah worked in hospitality for four years as a Bar Tender, Waitress and General Manager of various busy London Restaurants and Bars, where her desire for ensuring clients had the best possible time began, all that was missing was the weather! After hearing of Yachting from a friend she packed her things and headed to Palma where her career began. She worked aboard S/Y Toto for one and half years and completed three trans- Atlantic crossings, cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean and was based in London for the 2012 Olympics last summer. Keen to progress her career as a stewardess she has joined “Penny- Mae” as second stewardess and is looking forward to making your time onboard a unique and enjoyable experience. When she is not working Hannah enjoys sewing, swimming cycling and the beach!
3rd Stewardess: Natasha Laurie, South African
Natasha was born in a small town in South Africa called Somerset West which is situated outside the beautiful vineyards of Stellenbosch. From a young age, Natasha has always enjoyed watersports and waterskiing, so after studying a Psychology degree at the University of Stellenbosch she decided to fulfill her passion of travelling the world and working on boats. Even though it is her first year in the yachting industry, having served a summer aboard “Elizaveta”, she is excited to see what this industry has to bring.
First Mate: Bradley Eachus, South African
Bradley grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and has since a young age designed and built his owns little boats and has spent many hours on the water. After finishing his Bachelor in IT at Stellenbosch in 2005 he went overseas to pursue a career the yachting industry. His career began in the Mediterranean and has since cruised the Bahamas, Caribbean, Central America, West Coast of the USA, Middle East and Alaska extensively throughout his 6 years. He has served as First Mate for the past 3 years on boats such as “Meridian” and “Latitude” and completed his OOW in 2012. Bradley, has an extensive knowledge of many subjects some relevant some pointless but nonetheless interesting. He is enthusiastic and has a real technician and mechanic in him. He loves to fiddle and fix things that are broken and make them work perfectly. In his free time Bradley enjoys watersports, scuba diving and most outdoor activities.
Deckhand: Dewald Ferreira, South African
Dewald has a great love for the ocean, having grown up in a small coastal town in South Africa. Since a young kid he has always been on the water, whether fishing, diving, water-skiing or being involved in a large amount of other water sports. One of his biggest passions in life is fishing and over the years has built up a name for himself having won many fishing competitions and been sponsored by local tackle shops to promote the sport in the past. I imagine I’ve been on more boats in my lifetime than most people have been on buses or trains. When he is home in Knysna, Dewald enjoys hiking and traveling, always on the lookout for new and unique diving or fishing spots. He also spends much of his free time riding off-road bikes and which is where his love for engines and all things mechanical developed.

PENNY MAE Accommodations
PENNY MAE can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a twin bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A VIP cabin has a queen size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. PENNY MAE is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate heads and shower.
