Ross has experience on both small boats to vessels over 100m. He loves all aspects of working on the water but it’s the underwater adventures that really have him in his element. Ross is our resident Dive Instructor on board so if his guests are experienced divers or just about to get their feet wet, they’ll be in for a real treat.

And if there happens to be a helicopter lying around, guests shouldn’t hesitate to ask him for a joy ride – he’s also a qualified pilot!

Deckhand/ Rig Master Greg Schuler
English

Hailing from Norwich, England and with an amazing zest for life is our Rig Master Greg. Greg has been in yachting for the last 6 years and to date has logged over 80,000 miles sailing the ocean.

Since young, Greg loved a variety of sports, using his spare time to practice and perfect the ones he is passionate about. Whether his guests want to learn a new sport or improve on an old one whilst on board with us, Greg’s the man.

His favorite sports on board are wake boarding, kite surfing and paddle boarding, but the list of what he can teach, doesn’t end there. Greg is currently completing his Officer Of Watch qualification, which he hopes to achieve by early next year.

He started cooking in restaurants at age 17 and in 2000 he left his country for the first time for France to begin his yachting career.

His career has taken him all over the world, more recently a 7 year tenure as a private chef for a family in Moscow, Russia.

Natalie’s life began on the water in South Africa, while her parents were cruising the world on their yacht, a 1904 classic gaff cutter named Lily Maid. With siblings born in, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Trinidad this truly is a Nomadic family! Growing up Natalie and her brothers were home schooled on board to allow the family to continue their sailing adventures. They arrived in the Caribbean when Natalie was four and her parents are still cruising those parts to this day. Spending her free time sailing about in dinghies, swimming off the boat and snorkeling, Natalie has probably spent more time in the ocean than on land!

After a 2 year stint in the UK studying Hospitality, Natalie knew for sure that a life at sea was the right choice for her. Having worked on super yachts since she was nineteen, Natalie has her Day Skipper, Powerboat Level 2 and intends to complete her Yachtmasters by the end of the year.
