PHANTOM Crew Profile

“A picture tells a thousand words”; this one of Brett and Dee symbolizes many aspects of their personalities and passions. They consider themselves to be happy, approachable and adventurous Australians that share a genuine love for the outdoors and exploring the unchartered.
Married 10 years they have lived, worked, travelled and grown together developing into an extremely versatile and professional team, befitting a yacht of this caliber.
Prior to 2009, Brett managed his own Commercial/Advertising Photographic Company and Dee successfully managed her families’ hospitality venue that included a boutique hotel, vineyard restaurant, functions and events centre.
Living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Brett grew up on the water sailing at the highest competitive levels throughout Australia and was exposed to all things nautical as the son of a Naval Commander. A PADI Rescue Diver and qualified IYT Yachtmaster Ocean 200GT/Commercially endorsed (Sail & Motor), Brett has extensive and varied sailing history racing and cruising on private/chartered sailing yachts with extensive experience worldwide.
Qualified to RYA Day Skipper, Dee entered professional yachting as crew in 2010 and has since been able to use her extensive hospitality skills aboard various sailing yachts in the roles of Mate, Stewardess and Cook. Highly organized, Dee thrives on the challenges of provisioning in foreign ports and enjoys preparing fresh and healthy meals.
Together, Brett and Dee look forward to providing you a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable holiday on Phantom exploring the many treasures that lie above and below the water!

PHANTOM Accommodations
The stunning new Oyster 725 Spirit of Phantom sets the standard for high-level entertainment and luxury. It is the first Oyster in the 725 model incorporating the newly designed sea scape windows and flush aft deck. The interior is in American white oak. The end result when combined with white leather is a contemporary interior which always feels clean, refreshing and yet peaceful.
Spirit of Phantom accommodates guests in two luxurious double cabins and one twin bunk cabin, which all come with what is required to make your stay on board as enjoyable and comfortable as possible: air conditioning throughout, discreet forced air ventilation, CDs and iPod docks, recessed flat screen TVs with access to over 350 movies on her Kaleidescape movie server, or outdoor thermal camera or even navigation charts.
The spacious master cabin has a center line queen with an ensuite head and enclosed shower. The port aft guest double cabin offers the same level of comfort and also an en-suite head with separate shower forward. A pull out pipe cot offers parents the added convenience of having their young child with them if needed. Aft to starboard is a comfortable twin bunks cabin. This cabin will share the same head as the port cabin with access from the passageway . Forward of the galley are the crew quarters with private access.
Spirit of Phantom also offers those interested in an action packed holiday, at their disposition a seven person 60hp 4 mtr inflatable RIB with alloy bottom (ideal in rocky or coral rich waters), which is ideal for the on board water skis.
