This spotless 81-foot Broward is in excellent condition and an exceptional value for parties of six.
Named for a cat with magical powers, Pyewacket and her crew have an uncanny ability to make all their guests' stresses magically disappear. The captain is especially gracious and attentive. Having been at Pyewacket's helm for 19 years, he handles the vessel with the greatest of ease and is an expert on her cruising grounds. Pyewacket spends winters in Florida and the Bahamas, and cruises New England, especially Maine, in the summertime.
This handsome yacht is extremely welcoming, with a particularly inviting enclosed aft deck and main saloon. With a king stateroom and two twin staterooms, she is an ideal choice for families, and the crew are very happy to have children on board.
Pyewacket has always been maintained to very high standards. She has a new main engine and stabilizers, and all of her mechanics and electronics are entirely up to date.

PYEWACKET Crew Profile
Captain Andrew McKee
Captain Andrew McKee’s love for the sea started in his childhood home town of Barnegat Bay, New Jersey, where he began competitive sailboat racing at a young age, winning New Jersey State Champion on Hobie 16’s and Sportsmanship of the Year awards. An avid surfer and skateboarder, he also started his own skateboard business. By the time he graduated high school, the company was manufacturing up to 1000 boards a week.
He eventually sold the business to pursue his dream of working in the yachting industry. A maintenance position for a 76’ power yacht led to his first captain’s job over 30 years ago. Since then he has held captain positions on sail and power yachts from 60’ to 144’.
Captain McKee has been USCG licensed since 1977, with STCW Training, including Shipboard Firefighting, Lifesaving and First Aid Certifications. He has extensive knowledge of U.S. inland and coastal waters, the Caribbean and Bahamas. Most of his summers are now spent cruising the New England coast, especially Maine, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Winters are spent in Florida and the Bahamas.
His successful charter career includes many repeat clients, several of whom have returned for 10 years or more. He has held his current position on M/Y Pyewacket since 1988, and takes exceptional pride in maintaining her to the best yachting standards.
