Captain Zachary Ring

Zachary is a young confident experienced seaman, Dive Instructor, EMT and Navy Veteran from the US who is very serious about his career in the yachting industry. After spending a few years with the Navy as a Sonar Technician, he secured his Dive License and traveled across the globe working as a Dive Instructor and Skipper aboard 20 to 50 foot vessels. Zachary joined the busy private yacht, Prediction in 2013. Successfully managing his time between the engine room, working on deck, driving the tenders, organizing the water sports and taking the guests out diving. As a well- rounded team player, he is always ready to assist anywhere with service and clean up with a friendly smile. For the past year, Zachary has been Captain of the 106' charter vessel, Palau Aggressor II in Palau. Taking up to 16 guests for week to ten day cruises with very short turn arounds.Zachary is confident with all deck maintenance as well as engine work and repairs and takes great pride in taking full responsibility in the safety and enjoyment of all guests on board. Zachary is a team player, charming and currently holds his AEC, Basic STCW 95, Yacht Master, ENG 1 and is an Underwater Photographer and a CPR, EFR & AED Instructor.Zachary enjoys wakeboarding, surfing, diving and all kinds of adventure, especially traveling to new places.

Chef Christy Dempster

Christy is a young professional with a Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing & Media. Christy is originally from South Africa and completed her formal education there, where she entered the working world as a waitress, enjoyed many land based jobs including carpentry work, framing and restoration. She taught and supervised 15 children in Taiwan as a Kindergarten teacher in 2010 -2011 and entered the yachting industry soon thereafter.Christy has always had a passion for cooking and gained her culinary knowledge, certificates and experience by working with great chefs, continuous practice, hard work and always being open to trying new things. Her specialties include fresh healthy food with a European and Asian influences. She truly enjoys creating and pleasing the guest’s palates with beautiful presentation and award winning food combinations. Christy is very detailed –oriented, focused and practical, but also very flexible to all preferences. She is friendly and easy going and a great asset to have on board. Christy enjoys the outdoors, diving, swimming, reading, yoga, art and exploring when she has some free time away from the galley. 

Mate Chase Hunter

Chase worked as a BMW technician for many years and truly enjoys diagnosing any mechanical issue and figuring out the way to fix it. Chase and Cami owned a lovely house and boat in Tampa, had well-established careers, and wanted to experience a life in the yachting industry. Chase enjoys a project and a time frame to accomplish them in. Working hard, traveling, and being outdoors on the water became a very good lure to combine his love for fishing, enjoying the sun, and showing guests a good time. He is a great engineer and a very handy man to have on board; Chase is always ready to wake up early and seize the day!

Stewardess Camila Vago

Cami was born and raised in Brazil until the age of thirteen. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Cami has a great eye for design, decorating, and attention to detail. Chase and Cami bought, renovated, and flipped many houses together. Their hard work, team effort, and dedication to being successful became a new found wave that they wanted to venture on. New career opportunities in the yachting industry was the answer. Cami lives an active lifestyle and enjoys the outdoors. She loves to travel and is very excited to combine her love for being on the water with serving guests and using her flair to create a relaxing atmosphere on board, for you to enjoy. Cami’s cheerful way and friendly smile will be a memorable experience for all aboard Reflections!
