Launched in August 2009 this new 78 Alalunga has interior design completely revolutionized by the young designer Alessandro Vescia. Its engine with a pair of Caterpillar C32 1825 hp can reach a speed of 36 knots. This confirms the good characteristics of marine hull that has always characterized the Alalunga yachts.
The interiors are lacquered in ivory with a pearlescent gleam giving them a cool, bright feel. There are also blonde oak details and attractive lighting effects created by cleverly positioned spots in the floors and ceilings. The cockpit leads into the saloon where the conversation area is separate from the dining area. Sumptuous and elegant interiors for the maximum comfort for the guests on board. The wide saloon offers a large sofa for relaxing moments, a structural glass for the construction of the stairway to the fly superimposed on the descent to the cabin below deck gives brightness to the all area, exalting the refined furnishing and the details' care. Next up is a large ?L? galley and an oak bridge. Down on the lower deck, the night area offers four en suite cabins all with bathroom. The full-beam double master cabin in the central, a Vip cabin with double bed at bow and the 2 twin guest cabins in the center. The fly, complete with second helm station and tender area, offers chaise-longue, a dinette and galley with barbecue unit.

Captain : Salvatore Carrano

56 years Italian

Salvatore is a fine Captain with several solid years of experience behind him.

Qualified to the Nautical Institute, with the rank of Captain. He holds all the courses for Charter and is registered in Castellammare di Stabia, in the I ° class with the qualification of Captain. Since 1974, Salvatore sailing pleasure craft and commercial vessels. For 15 years he’s been dedicating his work to boats used for charter, including: Canados 70S, Pershing 88, Ferretti 90 and also sailing Turkish Gulet.

Salvatore is also an amazing chef as per local captain’s tradition.

Excellent character, very positive and friendly. He speaks Italian, basic french and spanish.

Italian 32 y.o.

Born in Sorrento, Salvatore has more than ten years of yachting experience. He is a terrific chef having started his career, since very young, as a chef in his family’s restaurant in Sorrento. Very patient, helpful and friendly, Salvatore is a master of hospitality. He has attended many specific courses for yacht charter. Salvatore  is  in charge of all water sport activities and will make sure that guests safely enjoy their stay on board. Salvatore speaks basic English.

Now we're back from a wonderful trip in the Naples area.

Everything worked fine, especially our fantastic crew.

Salvatore is one of the best Italian cooks we met up to date. Rita was very supportive and fulfilled all of our wishes.

Also our Skipper showed us all the beautiful places in the gulf of Naples including Capri, Amalfi and so on and was very careful regarding weather conditions :)

Our vacation was really a dream and we will do it again as soon as possible.

We spent a week as a family on the Riviera yacht from 22 July. It was an unforgettable experience. Capri, Ischia, Positano, the Amalfi Coast - all magical places.

We went on a cruise to Sicily at the end of September 2012. It was really very nice. We embarked in Palermo and then we visited the Aeolian islands. We have never seen a place like this!

Beautiful, especially the fantastic colors of the sea: turquoise, green, blue. The fishermen brought us fresh fish on board every day, and the very friendly and capable chef cooked them for us in all kinds of different ways. The breakfast was very nice especially the fresh Sicilian orange juice. The boat was very comfortable, spacious and well designed. We had 2 days of bad weather and the skipper, who was very good and kind, brought us in the tender to some small bays with crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. We have some great swims and incredible snorkeling.

Congratulations to all the staff who with their kindness and professionalism ‘gave us an unforgettable week.
