Captain - Kuschenko Yuriy
Captain Kuschenko was born on 22 February 1957 and he is married with 2 children. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Deep Sea Captain Certificate Irrespective Tonnage Diploma. He also holds Certificates of General Operator of Global Maritime, ARPA Radar, Operator of Automatic Radar Plodder Aids, Panic Management, Medical care on board the ship, all about Satellite Aids, as well as ISPS Diploma. He holds proficiency in survival crafts and rescue boats, advanced fire fighting, proficiency in medical first aid as STCW 95 requirements. Captain Kuschenko has over 30 years of experience on various yachts. He speaks fluent English. He enjoys all water sports and music.
Chief engineer - Shpakovskiy Petr
Chief engineer Shpakovskiy was born on 29/04/1960 in St Petersburg, Russia. He is married and speaks conversational English. He graduated from Lomonosov Marine College in 1997 and received specialization of Second Class Engineer Category B. Further to his diploma, chief engineer Shpakovskiy holds certificates for/in: fire fighting, passenger and Ro-Ro ship, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, basic safety training and instruction, first medical aid. In 1978, chief engineer Shpakovskiy put all his training into work when he boarded M/V BURAN as apprentice engineer. In 1994 he served on board of M/V NIKOLAY MATUSEVICH as 4th engineer, then on board of M/V ACADEMIC KARPINSKIY, M/V PROFESSOR MULTANOVSKIY, POLAR PIONEER and then in 2011 he brought his experience and knowledge to luxury sailing ships as Chief Engineer. In his free time he enjoys driving his car and motorcycle.
Electrician Tachnician Officer - Polyakov Artem
ETO Polyakov was born on 16/06/1992 in Kherson, Ukraine, He is single and speaks conversational English. Polyakov Artem graduated from Kherson Marine College in 2011 and received specialization as Electrical Engineer. Now he studies a 3D course in Kherson Marine Academy. Further to his diploma, he holds certificates for/in: fire fighting, passenger and Ro-Ro ship, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, basic safety training and instruction, first medical aid. In 2009 he worked on board of M/V DEVA MARIYA and M/V SVYATAYA ANNA as apprentice electrical engineer. In his free time he enjoys reading technical books.

Chief Cook Nedbas was born on 26/04/1984 in Odessa, Ukraine. He is married and speaks conversational English. He graduated from Odessa Marine College and received specialization as a Cook. Further to his diploma, he holds certificates in: fire fighting, passenger and Ro-Ro ship, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, basic safety training and instruction, first medical aid. In 2008, Polyakov put all his training into work when he boarded on M/V MELITA as apprentice cook. In 2009 he served on board of M/V MELITA as cook. In his free time he reads fictional books.
Bosun - Tudos Oleksiy
Bosun Tudos was born on 19/04/1979 in Lugansk, Ukraine. He is single and speaks fluently English. He graduated from Odessa National Maritime Academy and received specialization as a fist class seaman. Further to his diploma, he holds certificates in: fire fighting, passenger and Ro-Ro ship, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, basic safety training and instruction, first medical aid. In 2005, Tudos put all his training into work when he boarded on S/V DRUJBA as apprentice seaman.
Utility-cook's assistant - Maryanto
Utility Maryanto was born on 15/09/1963 in Indonesia. He is married and speaks English. He graduated from Indonesian Marine College and received specialization as a fist class seaman. Further to his diploma, he holds certificates in: fire fighting, passenger and Ro-Ro ship, proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats, basic safety training and instruction, first medical aid. In 1986, Tudos put all his training into work when he boarded on URV ROTTERDAM as apprentice seaman. In 1989 he served on board of URV AMSTERDAM, MARSDAM, NORWAY as first class seaman.

RUNNING ON WAVES can accommodate 45 guests in 18 cabins. The Master cabin has a double bed, shower and toilet. 8 Triple 2nd Class cabins have a double bed, a pullman, shower and toilet. 4 Double 2nd Class cabins have a double bed, shower and toilet. 3 Double First Class cabins have a double bed, shower and toilet. A Twin 2nd Class cabin has a twin bed, shower and toilet. A Mini Suite cabin has a double bed, a single bed, shower and toilet. RUNNING ON WAVES is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
