His yacht, Sagittarius, is a testament to his engineering skill and environmental innovation, including green energy through photo voltaic panels and wind generators. Piero has realized a dream, successfully merging his passion for sailing and his eco-engineering acuity into his livelihood.Great reason for a sparkle in the eyes!

CHEF RICARDO LENER

Ricardo has a profound passion for cooking. He has been working in restaurants since he was 16 years old. He is a master at pleasing a variety of tastes but his real forte is his native Italian cuisine, including regional and national gourmet specialties. In addition, he Ricardo is also a professional sommelier. Oenofiles will especially appreciate perfectly paired wines with each delicacy that he creates.

Ricardo is adept at seasonal menu planning according to guest preferences. He provisions the freshest ingredients from local markets. His goal is always to please the palate of charter guests, from sophisticated haute cuisine to home style cooking. Ricardo is equally enthusiastic in the creative, exotic preparation of seafood or steak as a gourmet burger with fries, or traditional Continental recipes. Kids love pizza and pancake faces. Everyone delights in waking up to the aromas of freshly baked breads and cakes.

Here's a brief video of Chef Riccardo at work in the galley preparing a lunch time dish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAGVOTV7R-w

STEWARDESS - ALEXENDAR SUCALA

Alexandra has a happy energy that's contagious. She's also a pro at remembering the little things, so her guests always feel well taken care of. Working in the hospitality and restaurant industries in her native Romania honed her professional service abilities. As a professional bartender she mastered an extensive cocktail repertoire.

She first realized her passion for learning about new places and cultures when she moved from Romania to Parma, Italy, to attain a university degree in Fashion Design. In Parma her first job was as a barista,. She learned a bit of Italian while fixing all sorts of delicious coffee drinks, and had the pleasure of serving travelers from around the world. Next she worked as a waitress and sommelier at a top Parma restaurant. This position fueled her passion for wine and perfect pairing and five-star service.

When Alexandra made the decision to join the yachting industry, she obtained professional yachting certifications. These include: Super Yacht Hospitality for Interior, RYA Power Boat Level 2, RYA radio license and CIEH Food Safety Level 2. In 2014 she got her first position as a stewardess on a large, busy charter catamaran in the Mediterranean. She kept the yacht immaculate for the guests, and added a beautiful flair with her flower arrangements and different table decorations at every meal.

Aug. 1-8, 2015 - BVI's

You guys have been amazing. I feel like we started the trip by becoming fast friends and ended as if we were family. We had the most amazing trip from the first sail to Anegada to the last day in the appropriately named Bitter End Yacht Club. The rope swing, wake-boarding, moonlight tube rides and diving were spectacular. Our favorite part was getting to know you two incredible people. I’ll never forget our long chats on the back deck. You guys are too kind!! We look forward to keeping in touch and we WILL see you again.

Warm regards, Brandon, Jack, Meredith, Laura

Thank you for your hospitality. I loved everything about this trip! Getting to know you both was a special bonus to a wonderful trip.Glad to have new friends with sweet hearts. Best trip of my life. I will think of you often.

Love much, Meredith

July, 2015 - BVI's
From the moment we stepped on the boat we felt like we were at home! Captain Tony and Chef Paola have been extremely accommodating and absolutely wonderful. They have shown us many beautiful places here in the BVI’s and have helped create many wonderful family memories, from snorkeling near Norman Island and Cooper Island, to wakeboarding and tubing in the ocean, and the list goes on! Captain Tony and Paola are always up for anything and are always willing to go the extra mile. We cannot express our thankfulness and gratefulness enough. Paola has made the most amazing food during our entire stay and has inspired our Italian food and homemade ice cream palates!

We have had many laughs and will carry many fond memories within us of the special Sagittarius, Captain Tony and Paola. They are like family to us and we hope to spend many more adventures with them in the future at sea. Until we meet again!

25th April - 2nd May - 10pax charter in BVI by broker and her family
The catamaran Sagittarius is very nice and comfortable, 5 double cabins (1 master + 4 double) with ensuite facilities and separate shower, 2-3 crew in separate quarters, solar panels, watermaker, ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, compressor, 2 paddle surf…
During my holiday there was another captain, Tony (the new one) is arriving now and he’s very professional (he’s also dive master).
The hostess, Paola, is a very kind person and she cooks very well.
I’m sure that all clients will be satisfied!

1-12 April - British Virgin Islands
" The yacht is wonderful, and especially the crew that ennobles her is outstanding.
There is no starry restaurant or masterchef that bears comparison with the appetizers and the kitchen of Paola . The Captain is the soul of the Sea ... after Cristoforo Colombo.
We will miss you"

Note: "masterchef" is referred to the popular television "chef competition", and "starry" should be translated as "michelin guide star": in italian "stellato" refers to the "stelle" (the valuation stars, from one to three, that the Michelin Restaurants Guide attributes to the top restaurants).

Note from Broker:
Regarding the charter I can tell you that our clients were more than happy, they told this was the best holiday in their life… food excellent, great crew, the boat is maintained in excellent condition, all works properly.
Feb 2015 St. Lucia/Grenadines
