Captain Peter is an energetic happy easy going Australian. After a successful career managing construction sites he indulged his love for the ocean pursuing a career as a yacht captain. While acheiving his qualifications he sailed yachts on the East coast of Australia, the Mediterranean and across the Atlantic. Peter holds a 200 groos ton license and is currently studying for his Officer of the Watch en route to his 500 gross ton license. Sailiong, wake boarding, kite surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, traveling and motorcycles are a few of his passions. He is a career professional taking pride and providing 5 star service to all guests whom join him aboard the M/Y Scott Free.   

Chef Lynda Woodson

American

Chef Lynda comes to us from Seattle, Washington.  With over 10 years experience in the culinary field, she is sure to impress with her elegant cuisine.  Lynda honed her culinary skills in fine dining restaurants and bakeries in Seattle for 8 years before deciding to join the yachting industries.  During that time she had the opportunity to work with many talented chefs from around the world, including Argentina, Italy, Switzerland, and Morocco. On the high seas she enjoys tailoring menus to guest preferences and has been known, upon occasion, to invite guests in the galley for a quick baking or cooking lesson.    Chef Lynda specializes in Pacific Rim, Southwestern American, Italian and Asian Fusion cuisines, and is continually learning more.  She enjoys being outdoors, learning new musical instruments, and will be attending school in the fall to obtain a bachelors degree in Human Nutrition.

DECK / STEW:  Claire Milon

She left South Africa in 2002 to pursue a career and personal development in the United Kingdom. For over 5 years she worked for Assael, an architectural firm where learning and gaining valuable work experience in one of the busiest cities was her priority. Being on the water has been an important part of her life and her passion and one which she has been able to enjoy whilst working for Assael by sailing in corporate regattas in the Solent. In addition to this, she was involved with a catering company that organized various functions and she provided silver service at numerous events and gained valuable experience in the preparation and presentation of food. In November 2008 she travelled to St Maarten to pursue a career within the yachting industry and she has now completed a number of seasons in the Caribbean, East Coast of America and the Mediterranean.
 She is a happy, easy-going person with a keen sense of humor and will make your stay on-board Scott Free memorable and a lot of fun!

Yasmin born in Madrid, Spain and after some travelling she met her partner, Andre,in England. They both decided to extend their travels by joining the yachting industry in 2006. Since then she has proven herself to be a dedicated member of every interior team, always providing the highest quality of guest service. An extensive career in the Hospitality Industry from sliver service to interior management, wine knowledge as well as Medical first aid.  With her  diversity of courses and training all combined  make  Yasmin a fantastic Chief Stewardess. She loves the smell of the freshly dewed decks in the morning while is setting the table for the guest breakfast. She will always welcome you with a big smile and will always strive to make your vacation here on board  M/Y Scott Free the best ever! 

MATE:Andre Jacobs                                                                                                                                                                                               South African

 Andre,26, grew up as a farmer’s son in South Africa and left  South Africa shortly after turning 18 to discover the world. He has worked  in the United Kingdom in the Catering industry, catering for various high end festivities, such as her Majesty the Queen of England, Sir Elton John and numerous other celebrities and world known entrepreneurs. From here he left for Europe to pursue a career in the Yacht industry. Andre is a well experience and qualified First mate. He has a 200 ton Yacht Masters, Office of the Watch, Navigation, Radar, GMDSS and his STCW  licenses’. Best of all Andre  is fun to have around  on any outdoor activity, he loves all water sports,  fishing, diving and traveling to where ever life takes him. Fun loving and professional, Andre looks forward to your visit on Motor Yacht Scott Free and knows the charterer will have the time of their life!
