Previously named Emerald Isle, this outstanding Christensen trideck is 126 feet and was refitted in 2011.
Sea Bear flaunts its high-end decor with the rich Brazilian Honey Teak cabinetry and the onyx-topped table and wetbar. The refitted galley has granite countertops, updated cabinetry and appliances.
This luxury yacht sleeps up to eight guest throughout its four cabins. The Master stateroom, on the main deck, and VIP have king size beds, full bathrooms, closets and entertainment systems. The guest cabins are equally as comfortable with queen size beds.
An experienced crew of five are extremely accommodating proving the toughest decision to make on board Sea Bear will be which deck to lounge on to soak up the rays.

SEA BEAR Crew Profile

The Captain, David Gies, is from Spokane, WA and has been running M/Y Sea Bear for nearly 2 years, and has been captaining motor yachts for over 15 years. Captain David has extensive knowledge of the New England, Caribbean, and Mediterranean areas. The engineer and all around handy man, Cliff Tweden, is from Mile City, MO. The first mate Kelly Joseph, is from Myrtle Beach, SC. Kelly is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable fisherman. Our chef and culinary artist, Melinda Meaney, is from Philadelphia, PA. And our stewardess, Chelsea Dwyer is from Milwaukee, WI. Chelsea has been working on board yachts for 3 years and is here to provide service that is above and beyond. This cohesive team has been working solidly together for a season and looks forward to having you on board.
Melinda is a culinary trained chef with Michelin Star restaurant experience. She is passionate and creative when it comes to preparing the meals on Sea Bear. You will find the cuisine diverse, fresh and bright. Your dining experience will be a reflection of her different restaurant trainings as well as her travels around the globe. Your chef enjoys interaction with the guests and is pleased to talk in depth about the different courses offered on board.
In addition to cooking, Melinda's other passions include yoga, surfing, running and camping. Growing up in a beautiful rural area in South Eastern Pennsylvania fostered her love for the great outdoors and has now led her to explore the world by sea.

SEA BEAR can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a queen size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet.
