Captain Louis Du Plessis was a Commanding Officer in the South African Navy. since then, he has held the captain's position on sailing yachts, charter and private, since 2001. His certificates and licenses are too numerous to mention here but include a 500 ton MCA Yacht Master Certificiate, a Yacht Master Ocean, and many South African Navy Supervisor and Instructor licenses. His experience and colorful stories make for an exciting vacation at sea.

Jennifer Barker is the chef on Sea Diamond. She is an American who holds a degree from Roger Williams University. She has spent the last eight years aboard private and charter boats, sailing in New England, the Med, and the Caribbean. Her menus are varied and exciting and she is always ready to please the discerning palate.

June Tate is the stew/mate on Sea Diamond. She has sailed extensively in the Med, Caribbean, South Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans. She holds the STCW-95, PADI Rescue Diver, and RYA Dayskipper licenses. June enjoys all watersports and is sure to make your stay on Sea Diamond exciting and comfortable.
