Here is just a small sample of the menus you may find on S/Y Shibumi

















Breakfast;

This usually consists of fresh baked bread - baked in traditional wood fired ovens - served with local preserves.

A selection of fresh fruit and juices.

Cereals, yoghurt & honey from the region, as well as fresh - brewed coffee or tea. .

(Cooked breakfast is available on request)

Lunch;

Starter selection:

~Grilled red peppers with feta cheese and herbs ~

~Avocado salad with strawberry vinaigrette ~

~Grilled goats cheese salad with home made tomato chutney ~

~Seafood pasta with parsley served with a salad of Mediterranean tomatoes, rocket, Kos and lambs lettuce~

~Salmon parcels served with roasted Mediterranean vegetable salad and aioli~

~Grilled or roasted chicken stuffed with preserved lemon and garlic with a crisp mixed green salad with garlic croutons.~
