CREW PROFILE Nick and Liz are married and hail from Great Britain, they have been together for seven years, but have been friends and workmates for much longer. They both hare a love of sailing and the outdoor life. Whilst working full time in England, all leisure time was spent aboard their yacht, cruising the Solent, the coasts of Devon and Cornwall, across the channel to Northern France and the Channel Islands and down to the Bay of Biscay and into the Western Mediterranean. Both are Royal Yachting Association yacht masters, with commercial endorsement. In addition they are both qualified for celestial navigation... The Sun, the Moon, and the Stars!

From and early age, Liz was interested in food and worked initially in a restaurant kitchen, assisting with food preparation and presentation before moving on to a career in the computer industry. She loves entertaining and preparing delicious meals. To ensure you enjoy every meal, Liz will be pleased to tailor the menu to suit your preferences. Nick has been sailing since he was 10 years old and is never more at home than when he is aboard. He is and expert at grilling and bar-b-quing, and loves preparing gorgeous tropical cocktails. As a qualified mechanical engineer, he keeps Shiwara maintained and in peak condition to assure you that your charter will run smoothly.
