Captain
CHRIS ANDREASON, is one of the most respected charter captains
in the industry. After serving in the British Royal navy for ten
years Chris began his career onboard private yachts in 1992. Having
worked onboard such prestigious yachts as Lone Ranger, Thunder Gulch
and most recently Noble House Chris took command of Solemates in
the spring of 2003. Chris has an encyclopedic knowledge of world
cruising areas and knows the best locations to ensure guests onboard
always have a great time.
Chef
THIERRY MOLIMARD, is a formally trained and well-traveled
chef credited with exquisite taste and talent. He started his career
in his home country of France. After completing his schooling at
18, he traveled and was a chef in fine dining restaurants of the
highest caliber in England, Australia and Canada. While working
at the Hilton, Thierry won the Gold Award for Salone Culinaire three
years running. Australia is now home to Thierry where he plans to
eventually return with his wife, Rosamaria, to start a catering
business of their own. Thierry is an amateur photographer and loves
water sports.
Second
Chef ROSAMARIA MOLIMARD, Australian, works closely as a
team with her husband Thierry. She is an accomplished chef, gaining
most of her experience from the Sydney Hilton where she won numerous
awards. the most notable achievement was the state award for Apprentice
of the Year. Rosie is tri-lingual, speaking Italian, French and
English. She has lived her entire life in Sydney, Australia and
has grown up with a large Italian food oriented influence.
