SWEETWATER is a beautiful 80 foot Lazzara that was built in 2004 and refitted in 2013. She has been meticulously cared for and provides comfortable elegance while cruising the waters of the East Coast of North America and the Bahamas. The salon and dining offer an open floor plan, with the relaxing lounge aft and formal dining forward. Elongated windows on port and starboard provide plenty of natural light. A country style galley is separate and forward of the salon. Guest accommodations are below deck and include 2 VIP staterooms each with double beds and a master stateroom with a queen bed, all with ensuite heads and showers. 

Guests can relax and enjoy the views from the expansive flybridge which has several seating areas, a wet bar and a jacuzzi. Enjoy the sunshine on the bow sun-pad or while reclining in chairs on the hydraulic swim platform also known as Sweetwater Beach. Relax in the shade on the aft deck seating area which opens into the spacious salon. There are plenty of water toys to enhance your enjoyment on the water. 

SWEETWATER can accommodate up to 6 guests in her 3 cabins. A professional crew of 3 onboard ensures your time will be safe and memorable. Cruising speed is a comfortable 24 knots.

Guests will enjoy the Jacuzzi, two wave runners,a 26' towed tender and array of other water toys.

Captain: Adam Sturman

Captain Adam Sturman’s love of the Ocean began when he was a few weeks old aboard their family boat sailing Biscayne Bay, Florida. Adam has been working on boats since he was 15, and has spent almost every summer season since in the Bahamas, giving him excellent knowledge of the waters and activities in the islands. After finishing college at the University of Florida, Adam spent a few years in Colorado, and has since made yachting his full time passion and profession. He has run charter yachts in the waters of the NE, the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, Florida, Keys, Bahamas, and the Caribbean. Adam is a PADI Scuba Instructor, avid fisherman, spear fisherman, free diver, and photographer. His patience, objectivity, knowledge, and work ethic combine to give guests a memorable charter experience.

Stewardess: Jessi Baker

Originally from Nashville, TN, Jessi has always had a zest for life and a strong desire for travel. During her two and half years in the yachting industry, Jessi has worked on sailing, expedition, and motor yachts in such areas as the Bahamas, Caribbean, BVI’s and New England. She has completed her STCW and her Silver Service Training to ensure that guests receive the safest and most luxurious experience. Jessi’s favorite part about yachting is the new friendships she gets to make with people all around the world. Jessi has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business and Public Relations, a cosmetology license, and is a certified Redken Specialist. In her free time you can find Jessi on the water, skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and jet skiing. Jessi is also fond of reading books, listening to music and studying art, films and interior design. She believes it is important to never stop learning. In the future, Jessi plans to attend culinary school and master the art of cooking.

Chef: Laura Ann Demovich

Chef Laura Ann Demovich’s passion for food is apparent in every dish that she creates. Her training at the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute along with her vast time abroad combine to bring you an incredible dining experience. She has been the chef on many yachts including Lady Sara, Carbon Copy, Serendipity II and Lilly II. She has also been the chef at several well know restaurants including Thirteen Restaurant, Market 17 and 3030 Ocean. Laura Ann can cater to any specific needs such as paleolithic, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free. Laura Ann enjoys spending her free time scuba diving, traveling and exploring her love for food.

After tasting Laura Ann’s creations, it’s easy to understand why she is a Battle of the Blades award winner.


SWEETWATER can accommodate 6 guests in 3 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, shower and toilet. SWEETWATER is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
