I was born by the sea, Atlantic Ocean, in La Rochelle, South of the Brittany
(West Coast of France).
The sea has always been my passion, as well as boats and travels I crossed the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, the Indian Ocean and Caribbean.

In 2004, she opens a home gastronome cooking society in Guadeloupe.
From 1999 to 2002, she was Chef in France in a restaurant “La Golmotte” Mont Doré, then in “Archipel.-Volcans, Puy-de-Dôme. She also was a Chef in a gastronome restaurant “Maris Stella” Croisic. Finally, she was a Chef in a restaurant in Guadeloupe.
In addition of her exceptional culinary that make her a very appreciated Hostess/Chef on board, Olivia is a very easy-going person with a real sense of communication. She wants to share his passion of the culinary with the people who want it.
Olivia has a mono hull and catamarans experience. This latest point makes her an excellent deckhand and a great help on board for the captain.
