Jon grew up in Windsor Ontario Canada and spent much of his childhood sailing, fishing and enjoying the great lakes. After completing a collage diploma in Automotive Diagnostic Technician, Jon was ready for adventure and went backpacking throughout Australia and South East Asia for two and a half years.Time spent in and out of a backpack taught Jon some valuable lessons: live simple, work hard and enjoy the moment. It also steered him in a promising direction to discover what he was meant to do. A career in the yachting industry was an opportunity where he could combind his love for travel and hands-on trained skills as an engineer while working on a yacht out in the ocean anywhere in the world. Jon has enjoyed every minute onboard since then. Jon is focused, enjoys a challenge and has a passion for the water and all water sports. His problem-solving skills are great assets to our team and he is always smiling, friendly and willing to tackle any job, big or small.

Gino hails from Cape Town, South Africa, where he represented the Western Cape in Cricket for the under 17’s. After heading to college to study Business Communications he soon realized it was not for him and decided to follow his love of Geography into the yachting industry. To save money for his break into yachting, Gino spent time working at the #24 rated restaurant in the world – The Test Kitchen – which served him well when he landed his first job as a steward back in January 2015. After serving on the interior on his first 2 yachts, Gino found his real passion on deck where he traveled far and wide with M/Y Jamaica Bay; cruising from the Caribbean to New York and circumnavigating the whole of the U.K.
In his free time Gino loves to go fly fishing and surfing, he is also an avid fan of Chelsea Football Club.

James grew up in Old Saybrook and Essex, Connecticut. Growing up on the coast, boating ran in the family and from a young age James was out on the water, sailing or fishing every chance he got. After completing his studies in Philosophy and Sociology at the University of St Bonaventure, in western New York State, James happened to help on a delivery from Connecticut to Fort Lauderdale where he first discovered the yachting industry and instantly felt at home. An avid traveler, James spent a year travelling New Zealand and Fiji before teaching English in Thailand for over 4 years. At home James can be found in his personal haven, his woodwork shop, his projects include anything from tables and chairs to framing houses. Cycling, soccer, hiking and fishing are other passions, anything that involves being in the outdoors.

Jayne was raised in Liverpool, UK and has spent most of her life around water: from swimming galas at a young age to a rowing team in her teens and learning kayaking and sailing on her weekends. After completing her studies in Nuclear Astrophysics – during which she was fortunate enough to spend almost a year working with the nuclear physics team at the University of Notre Dame – Jayne pursued her love of the water and spent a summer working as a lifeguard and sailing instructor before being drawn into the industry when offered her first yacht job in France over 9 years ago. She hasn’t looked back since and has worked on yachts ranging from 18-100m. When she’s not working Jayne enjoys cooking & wine tasting, scuba diving, hiking and the great outdoors, and reading all manner of things from cook books to quantum physics and everything in between.

Kaew was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. At a young age she started running track and sprinting, something which she trained and competed in whilst at university studying Communications and Public Relations. Kaew has a love for fashion and accessories. After opening her own shop in Siam, Bangkok, Kaew was able to create and sell her own designs, making her jewellery and accessories from sterling silver and Austrian crystals. It was her love of nature and being near the water which brought her to live on the ocean here in Fort Lauderdale. Before moving to Florida, Kaew bred Yorkshire terriers. She has 3 of her own, 3 generations of the same family: Mimi, Mini and Bambi. Her other interests include swimming, cycling and showing the crew real Thai food.

A native of Virginia, Blair grew up around one of the largest naval ports in the world. He started working on the water at the age of 12, catching blue crabs and searching for soft shells before doing deliveries whilst working for Maersk. Blair has spent his entire life around the water; from surfing in the outer banks to crossing the Atlantic 6 times, and coming from a naval orientated family it was an easy transition when he joined the yachting industry at the age of 23. Over the last 10 years Blair has had the opportunity to cruise Germany, Isle of Man, France, Caribbean and the East Coast. When not working, Blair can be found exploring the world of whiskey and indulging in his love of baseball. He loves to travel and is always seeking out good food, good wine and good company.

Hailing from Orlando, Stacey studied Hospitality Management, which she put to use by working her way around the world. Starting with teaching service in California before running an adventure store in Hawaii, where she heard about New Zealand from a co-worker. Stacey took off to spend a year working in the adventure sports industry in New Zealand, where she met her Fiancé, before heading up to Denali national park in Alaska to work in the mountains. After hearing about yachting it seemed like a perfect fit for her adventurous nature and she soon found herself cruising the Caribbean & New England on her first yacht. That was over 2 years ago and although she’s cruising slower these days she keeps her adrenaline pumping with her hobbies of sky diving, snowboarding, surfing and skiing. When not moving at breakneck speed, Stacey loves to capture the stillness with photography.
