While on board Tilly Mint, let Nathalie will be your personal chef for the entirety of your vacation so get ready to be fabulously spoiled!
Nathalie enjoys using as much local, fresh, and seasonal produce as possible. She loves baking her own bread, and specializes in baking delicious French deserts.
Aside from being a great chef, Nathalie is also an accomplished bartender. Take advantage of the yacht’s well stocked bar and let her prepare you some of her famous custom cocktails – including the signature “Tilly Mint Cocktail”
Nathalie specializes in French and Caribbean cuisine, however, she has experience with many different types of cuisine from all over the world and will be happy to tailor her menu to suit your palette. She can also accommodate most dietary requirements - including most food allergies, and vegetarian or vegan diets. Special food and beverage request are always welcome.
