RAMIRO DE ACEVEDO RAMOS Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina with the passion for the ocean, Ramiro is an exceptional Captain and sailor. He began racing small yachts at a young age on the coast of his city. He was the Argentinean J/24 champion in 1995. After that he decided to teach kids how to sail. He was the head instructor on small boats at his city's sailing school. He then went on to Maritime School and received a commercial sailing license after a two year program. He then spent two years on a commercial offshore fishing vessel in the rough South Atlantic Ocean, spending up to two months offshore. He has sailed much of the coast of South America including Cape Horn, also the East Coast of the US, Cuba and the Caribbean. He is USCG Captain and PADI certified. Ramiro is a patient and responsible person who would love to help you learn about sailing while you enjoy the luxury of TOO ELUSIVE.
NICOLE DE ACEVEDO RAMOS Nicole has lived with the water outside her front door since she was very young. Living in Maine she has been on the ocean sailing and exploring islands her whole life. She has become an experienced offshore sailor with several trips up and down the east coast of the US and throughout the Caribbean. She holds a USCG 100 ton Master license and is PADI certified. Living in the woods and the islands she enjoys hiking, exploring and learning about different cultures. She has also lived and sailed in the South Atlantic, on the coast of Argentina, and speaks fluent Spanish. She has an outgoing personality and loves meeting new people. Coming from a family who owns a high-class restaurant, Nicole has become an experienced chef, with six years of experience serving and cooking, both in the family business and in several other fine restaurants on the coast of Maine. She has many spectacular family recipes served with a bit of Argentinean flair; you will enjoy her healthy fresh meals. Nicole is happy to accommodate all requests and will surely make you feel comfortable and at ease while on board.
