Welcome to TIBS your very special catamaran. She is fully equipped for Diving, Fishing, Surfing, Exploring or just lazing around in the deserted anchorages of this unique area.3 Queen size cabins all with A/C, private heads and shower make TIBS a pleasure to cruise on.

Your Chef will produce fresh cooked meals of the highest quality with a truly international flavor.

Your Captain will be happy to let you take the helm of TIBS, take you diving or surfing and even filet the fish you catch.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, solar panels make a lot of the power we use, we produce our own water which we then filter again and serve from a spigot after being refrigerated so we use no plastic bottles on board. All of our refrigeration systems are highly efficient and use minimal power which means less generator noise and pollution.

We have a 9.8Hp engine on the dinghy which allows you the freedom to explore the lagoons on your own AND a 25Hp Dinghy for Watersports.

The Audio-visual set-up on TIBS is spectacular, there's a 100" projection DVD player with surround sound for movies in the evenings, Wii games console with Wii Fit and a formidable DVD collection. We have around 5000 Songs on the computer and you can bring your own music or favorite DVDs.

YOU WILL WANT FOR NOTHING DURING YOUR STAY ABOARD TIBS

TWO IF BY SEA Crew Profile

Captain: Matt Neidlinger

Hi. My name is Matt. I hope I’ll have a chance to meet you soon, but first let me tell you a bit about myself.

I grew up boating, waterskiing and fishing on the Mississippi River in northwestern Illinois. My father was a US Naval officer and he taught me to love and respect the water at an early age. I also inherited my love of travel from him.

I first visited the Caribbean in 1989 and I knew from that moment that the islands were very special. In the following years, while working as a diesel engine designer, I found myself spending all of my money on travel. So, I switched gears and worked in travel and tourism for the next decade. During that time I realized that I enjoyed sharing the travel experience as much as the travel itself.

In 2005 I took a charter vacation on a yacht in the BVI, and that was all it took. I instantly knew that I wanted to share the beauty of the Caribbean with a many people as possible. One year later I moved to the islands to start a career as a charter yacht captain.

After 8 years in the Virgin Islands, my wife Melissa and I went north to Fort Lauderdale to work on large motor yachts allowing us to explore Turks & Caicos, the Bahamas, and the Eastern Seaboard. During that time, I found that the Virgin Islands were calling me home. I returned in January of 2016 and am very excited to host you aboard Two if by Sea in this upcoming charter season. After sailing and motoring the Caribbean on a number of different vessels, I am convinced that the Leopard 4500 is the best charter vessel and the Virgin Islands is greatest place for your charter vacation.

I currently hold a USCG 200-ton Master License, and am a PADI certified Divemaster. In my spare time I enjoy diving, wakeboarding, snorkeling and hiking the trails in the BVI. I also love playing bartender and tour-guide to those looking for a little adventure.

Come sail with me and let me show you the Caribbean I fell in love with.

April, 2017 -
We came to the Caribbean for an adventure – and what a fantastic time we’ve had. We’ve all love the sailing and all the activities. Everyone has tried something they hadn’t done before. Matt, we’ve loved your good humored company, your patience and of course the delicious food (and cocktails!) Just want to do it all again!
Lots of love,Linda, Marcus, George and Kieran

March 2017
What a wonderful week. We are so sad to be leaving today. We have had such a fun, memorable time seeing the islands, learning some history, snorkeling, eating, eating, eating (Yummy!) and so many other great memories. The kids will remember this vacation forever – in fact, the highest compliment is to be a destination to return to since we always do a different vacation every year!! Danny told us yesterday that we could come back next year because technically we see different islands every day!! That is the highest compliment especially from a 14 year old boy who is hard to impress!! You have rocked his world.
We have so many wonderful memories from our trip with you. Thank you for sharing the yacht with us and for sharing your knowledge and love of the region.
The dives/snorkeling was AWESOME! Thanks also for the “off road” tour of the Baths. Next time I will do the jump! I think Kelly’s “ski” down the wall will be tough to beat! ☺
Your cooking and hospitality was awesome! Fantastic food – a true epicurean delight. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
David, Kerry, Danny, Kelly and Sean

What a delight! You are the consummate host who clearly enjoys your work and your guests. Your knowledge of the area helped make each day new and different. You managed to show us all the best sites – under and over the water. And in between you served delightful meals and snacks – not to mention the locally famous adult beverages… All in all, you wove a wonderful tapestry of memories for our first visit to the BVI. Once we look forward to expanding with you again!
Mark, Diane, Molly and Abby
