UNFORGETTABLE's generous five stateroom layout is ideal for families seeking the ultimate yachting vacation. The on-deck king Master Stateroom is situated forward with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower with twin sinks. Below decks you will find three uniquely appointed queen staterooms namely the Neptune Suite, the Shoji Suite, and the Coral Suite; and one colorfully appointed twin bunk bed stateroom ideal for children, known as the "Pit Stop". Each stateroom is equipped with Sat TV, individual climate control, ensuite bathroom, and luxurious linens.

Captain: Joe Nolan
Joe grew up on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia. From a young age he had a deep passion for the ocean and its surroundings. After a brief stint as head Ball Boy in the Australian Tennis Open, he found his way back to the waves and wind. As soon as he reached 21, Joe flew over to Fort Lauderdale and joined CHAMAR, a 186' Brook yacht; from then on he knew this was the life for him. Joe worked on several other yachts including BIG EAGLE (172’ MIE), and LADINA (140' Feadship) all over the Eastern and Western Mediterranean. In 2006, he joined AZZURRA II (156' CRN) which was a heavy charter yacht in the Mediterranean. In 2008, Joe joined UNFORGETTABLE as First Mate and was promoted to Captain November of 2010. Joe’s interests included surfing, sailing, cooking, guitar hero, reading, camping, paintball, and remote control toys.
Chef: John Spooner is originally from Oxford, England, but the Bahamas is what he calls home. He lived in the South of France for 15 years while studying the art of French Classical and Italian cuisines. He has also completed 7-years in sushi training. Has been in the yachting industry for 15 years, and owns a bar in the Bahamas. John has traveled and worked extensively in Europe, including Croatia and 3 years in Denmark. John is capable of doing anything from catching and preparing your fish of the day, to cooking hamburgers on the grill, to formal French classical.
Chief Stewardess: Jenn Allen
Jenn was born and raised in Nelson, New Zealand. Spending many family vacations fishing and snorkeling at a young age, she developed a life-long passion for the water. In 2005 Jenn spent a year diving on ship wrecks around the coasts of New Zealand to gain her PADI Scuba Diving Instructor qualification. She spent the next 3 years in Tropical North Queensland, Australia teaching PADI Open Water Courses on the Great Barrier Reef. Spending the past 2 ½ years working on yachts has allowed her to enjoy the Caribbean and Bahamas life above and below the water. She looks forward to sharing her passion of travelling and water sports with you to make your stay an amazing experience.
Stewardess: Lizani Opperman
Lizani Opperman is from Cape Town South Africa, after studying hair and make-up locally, she worked on various film sets and several magazines for two years preparing models for photo shoots. Not content to stay at home, she dreamed of traveling the world and set out her yachting career. In her spare time she loves doing anything outdoors. Full of energy and enthusiasm, Lizani looks forward to making your trip aboard M/Y Unforgettable one to remember.
Mate: Adrian Foulkes
Born in England, but having spent the first 10 years of his life in Jamaica, the sea has always provided great enjoyment to Adrian. Having learned to sail from a young age, and boats always being in the family, the sea has always played a significant part of his life. Gaining his first professional yachting qualification in 2004, he went on to complete his Yachtmaster in 2006/2007, since then his passion has become his job. This career has allowed him to combine his love of the sea with his love of travel and all the experiences and challenges working in the yachting industry brings. In his spare time, he enjoys a variety of sports, socializing, reading non-fiction, and watching films.
