Captain: Joe Nolan
Joe grew up on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia. From a young age he had a deep passion for the ocean and its surroundings. After a brief stint as head Ball Boy in the Australian Tennis Open, he found his way back to the waves and wind. As soon as he reached 21, Joe flew over to Fort Lauderdale and joined CHAMAR, a 186' Brook yacht; from then on he knew this was the life for him. Joe worked on several other yachts including BIG EAGLE (172’ MIE), and LADINA (140' Feadship) all over the Eastern and Western Mediterranean. In 2006, he joined AZZURRA II (156' CRN) which was a heavy charter yacht in the Mediterranean. In 2008, Joe joined UNFORGETTABLE as First Mate and was promoted to Captain November of 2010. Joe’s interests included surfing, sailing, cooking, guitar hero, reading, camping, paintball, and remote control toys.

Chef: John Spooner
John Spooner is originally from Oxford, England, but the Bahamas is what he calls home. He lived in the South of France for 15 years while studying the art of French Classical and Italian cuisines. He has also completed 7-years in sushi training. Has been in the yachting industry for 15 years, and owns a bar in the Bahamas. John has traveled and worked extensively in Europe, including Croatia and 3 years in Denmark. John is capable of doing anything from catching and preparing your fish of the day, to cooking hamburgers on the grill, to formal French classical.

Chief Stewardess: Sarah Mitchell
Sarah is originally from the United Kingdom where she worked in the hospitality industry for more than a decade before joining the yachting industry. Sarah’s experience in catering and hotel management has given her tremendous insight into the running of private luxury charter yachts adding a special flair of professionalism and enthusiasm to her work. Sarah holds certificates in Advanced Service and Silver Service. Sarah has been working onboard private and charter luxury motor yachts for over 3 years, ranging in size from 70’ to 148’. She has a positive, friendly manner, always has a smile on her face, and looks forward to making your stay onboard UNFORGETTABLE just that!

Stewardess: Alisha Bright
Alisha was born in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, on the only day it snow flurried during the spring of 1983. She was playfully almost named Star or Rainbow because of her “Bright” last name, but thankfully escaped the playground torture due to the beautiful “Alicia” who worked at the family’s favorite ‘drive through’. Alicia has a terrific sense of humor and is excellent with children, noting her claim to fame is the day she was Bozo the Clown’s assistant. Trained and certified as a physician’s assistant, Alicia spent 6 months working in cosmetic dermatology when an opportunity to work within the yachting industry became available to her. She absolutely loves all the yachting industry has to offer, and her love of people and hospitality are a great asset to UNFORGETTABLE.

Mate/Engineer: Terence Pickard
Terry was originally introduced to the world of yachting from his home country of South African where he worked as delivery crew for yachts along the East Coast of South Africa. He was also Captain for a Sports Fishing Charter Company off the Cape Coast of South Africa. In 2009, Terry found himself in the luxury mega yacht industry gaining experience from the Caribbean to the Bahamas, and along the Eastern Seaboard of the USA. By 2011 he had worked his way up to 2nd Engineer and Bosun. Terry’s experience ranges from 78’ – 157’ private and charter motor yachts. He holds several certificates including MCA Yachtmaster 200ton limited, MCA AEC, and NAUI Open Water II Diver. Terry considers himself quite the fisherman, and looks forward to assisting you catch your dinner!
