S/Y WANDERER – a beautiful Hinckley Souwester  59’, an iconic New England sailing yacht was  designed by McCurdy & Rhodes and built by Hinckley Yachts in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Designed and built as a comfortable and well equipped yacht for long-range cruising, WANDERER is ideal for coastal New England sailing as well as Caribbean sailing. 

WANDERER has a custom interior in cherry paneling with 2 spacious guest cabins plus separate crew quarters.   An aft Master Stateroom has a queen berth to port and a single berth to Starboard and .  The cabin is en Suite with its own companionway.   The Guest Cabin to Starboard has upper and lower single berths and she is also en Suite.

WANDERER IS AVAILABLE FOR CHARTER FOR THE AMERICA’S CUP RACES IN BERMUDA THIS JUNE.

With more than 25 years as a professional yachtsman running a wide range of yachts both motor and sailing vessels, Steve will keep you safe and comfortable. Steve has an extensive experience of managing, operating and maintaining yachts to a high level and has extensive cruising knowledge in the Caribbean, Bermuda, Bahamas, Australia and the east coast of the USA. Steve will be able to individually style a cruise to your specific requirements and suggest interesting itineraries both on the water and ashore.

Steve’s knowledge and attention to safety guarantees a successful cruise. His professionalism and sense of humor ensures a superbly run yacht.

Steve holds a US Coast Guard 3000 Tons. He is an avid skier, runner and hiker.

Chef: Deb Hume

All the way from Australia, Deb brings a vibrant and colorful personality to Wanderer, and this shines through in her cooking style. She knows where to source all the best ingredients, whether it is the freshest of sea food for lunch local fruits and vegetables to compliment dinner.

Deb has been cooking since she was 25years old and has natural passion and flair for it, she has a love of cooking, attended yacht chef school in Palma, Majorca and is a former manager of a successful Aspen restaurant.

Deb is a Critical Care Registered Nurse having worked in Bermuda, Aspen, Colorado and Cayman Islands. She has raced and crewed on board sailboats for over 25 years.
