Captain Phil Hodshon, British
Captain Phil graduated with an Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brighton University in 1994 and “discovered” the Mega Yacht Industry after a transatlantic yacht race. He brings over 13 years of professional seafaring and a life-long nautical passion to Watercolours. Calm, positive and respectful, Captain Phil is known as someone who brings “peace of mind” to those around him. With his strong engineering background, meticulous eye for detail and positive attitude, Captain Phil leads his crew with pride. Captain Phil has extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, Mexico, Cost Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Belize, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and East Coast USA, and looks forward to hosting you onboard Watercolours!

Chef Dawn Meunier, Canadian
Dawn’s positive and outgoing personality are a great compliment to the fabulous country kitchen onboard Watercolours. Forget the main salon, the galley is where you’ll want to be! Dawn’s experience ranges from catering for small intimate groups to large formal functions. She has the ability to cater for individuals with dietary needs, from heart patients, diabetics, vegans, to the most adventurous of pallets. Her 25 years plus in the food industry includes the Journeyman Pastry/Bakers Certificate, Chocolatier, Certified Commercial Baker, and Marine Medic.

Steward Damien Bredillet, French
Damien began as a student in the French Military Academy and graduated as Team Leader in the French Army. He also achieved an Economic diploma at the University in Dijon. After several years of honing his talents bartending at top hotels in Nice, Auckland, and the Sydney Opera House, Damien then found his calling serving on board both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Bahamas. Damien speaks French, English and Spanish and enjoys boating so much he owns a 23 foot Sunseeker, which he enjoys in his spare time.
As a result of his training in first aid, personal survival techniques and fire prevention and firefighting courses, Damien is considered a well-equipped crew member and a valued part of the Watercolours team.

Deck Hand Tevis Thompson, USA
Tevis attended school in Midlothian, Virginia, and started out his career in general construction. He owns and operates a contracting and fence company which also includes roofing of all types and home renovations. He joins Watercolours with over 10 years boating experience, including time spent on his grandfather’s 60 foot motor yacht. Tevis carries multiple talents in repairing certain plumbing and electrical items as well as 12 years of carpentry work.
Tevis is a team player, and an integral part of keeping Watercolours in pristine condition. He inspires everyone with his positive attitude and hard work.
