Breakfast Beginnings:

• Fresh fruit plate full of seasonal or local fare

• Whole grain pancakes with homemade fruit chutney
• Smoked Haddock Benedict with all the trimmings

Lunchtime Delights:

Starters:
• Warm spinach salad with crispy Prosciutto, grilled red onions and a mustard seed vinaigrette
• Poached pears with Gorgonzola and candied walnuts on crostini with a raspberry balsamic reduction

Entrée:
• Macadamia nut encrusted mahi-mahi with passion fruit coulis and coconut rum pilaf
• Homemade Greek chicken burgers with Dawn’s Greek Salad

Evening Temptations:

Starters: 
• Fresh sautéed mussels
• Traditional Greek Salad with marinated Feta
• Rice-stuffed baby peppers
• Crab and Ricotta stuffed Zucchini Flowers
• Hot Yogurt and Lentil soup

Entrees: 
• Roasted Quail served on spiced couscous with mango compote
• Chilean Sea Bass on a pesto and mixed sweet pepper medley with roasted cherry tomatoes and a butternut pumpkin and potato mash
• Pan seared beef tenderloin with asparagus and mushroom risotto
• Greek Moussaka with sundried tomato and pepper coulis
• Baked chicken with spiced figs and Greek potatoes
• Snapper filet with caper-olive risotto, lemon dressing

Sweet Nothings:
• Heavenly light Pavlova with fresh fruit and a Greek yogurt Chantilly
• Raspberry chocolate tower
• Cheese board with fresh fruit
