Captain GEORGE BALAFOUTIS
Born 1955 in Kalamata, Greece
Captain George graduated from the Merchants Marine Officers Academy of HYDRA.
After serving 6 years on Merchant ships around the world, he entered the yachting industry 22 years ago, serving on charter and on private yachts. As such, absolutely no creek or cliff in Greece have remained unchartered by him. Captain George joined M/Y ZOI right after her delivery from CNL shipyard and he has been serving her owners ever since. Captain George is the man behind the immaculate condition of the ship, the engines and the equipments on board, making M/Y ZOI one of the finest jewels at sea and offering true experience of luxury yachting for those who wish to cruise in comfort and style.
Married, Captain George is father of twins born in 1990. In his free time, he cultivates with passion and dedication his fine organic seasonal vegetables and fruits on his plot. With the same precision and excellence, he is also a fervent rider who trains and drives his own horse. Captain George is fluent in English.
RAFAEL METAXAS
Engineer
Born 1975, Greek, Single.
Rafael graduated from the Merchants Marine Officers Academy of Aspropyrgos.
He holds a Padi Diving Master degree, is a fan of all waters sports, and a gifted pilot to the toys and tenders.
Rafael is fluent in English and has some notions of French.

Born 1974 in Athens, Greece
Stavros is married and proud father of 2 children of 8 and 4years.
He speaks English, has an excellent command of the tenders and toys and loves fishing.

Born 1976 in Athens Greece
George loves to cook Mediterranean cuisine and to use fresh local products. He is a master of OUZO time, bakes his own superb bread and pastries, and masters fish and vegetable like few.
He loves to create his own table arrangements and to organize Beach parties whenever possible.
He now specializes in Greek wines to add to his culinary interests.
