IPHARRA the 102ft super luxurious Sunreef catamaran, launched in 2010 continously impresses charter guests with her splendor and stability.

IPHARRA?s interior greets guests with a warm and romantic atmosphere. This is enhanced with the custom designed light and dark contrast of wendge and arengre woods. The combination accentuates the geometric shapes of the surrounding furniture. Beige, cream, and ivory colors subtly catch the eye bringing a balance to the soothing design features. Generous views are offered through IPHARRA?s magnificent windows stretching around the main salon area. There is adequate space for all guests to peacefully lounge.

Featuring 5 state of the art guest cabins, IPHARRA is capable of accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Guest staterooms include 1 Master cabin with a king size bed, 2 VIP cabins with queen size beds and 2 twin cabins. The stylish staterooms are all enhanced with Bose audio system, LCD TVs, and ensuite facilities.
A fully equipped galley provides all the essentials to cater to your charter needs; including a full size stove, fridge, dishwasher, and wine cooler. The open area is the perfect spot to enjoy the chef?s creative cooking style.
Setting sail on IPHARRA, guests have plenty of comfortable options to enrich their charter experience. The adventurous guests will find refuge on IPHARRA?s spacious flybridge. Here the navigation station is centrally located, and all maneuvering can be accomplished with her high tech hydraulic winches, bow thrusters and magic trim installed by the mast. The flybridge also is equipped with a bar, large sofa, and deck chairs providing guests the freedom to lounge in the shade or tan in the sun.

Down IPHARRA?s spiral staircase guests are welcomed with cozy oversized sofas and large dining table on the aft deck. This is the ideal venue for both dining and relaxing in luxury with up to 12 guests. As the sun sets, the LED lights on the ceiling sparkle magically in the night.

IPHARRA has a full selection of water toys for charter guests to take advantage of. Options include waterskies, sailing laser vago, 2 electric seabobs, 8 sets of diving equipment, 1 kayak and snorkeling gear. IPHARRA offers two tenders available for use as well.

IPHARRA Crew Profile


Lieven Maertens - Captain

Born and raised in Bruges, Belgium, Lieven's love for the sea and passion for sailing began when he took his first sailing lessons at the tender age of 9. Since then, he was captain or engineer on several vessels ranging from 6 to 38 meter. The 60000+ miles; which include long ocean-going passages and long distance races, have taken Lieven to remote areas in the Caribbean, Pacific and South East-Asia. Lieven currently holds a 500 GT Master Commercial Yachting Certificate as well as other maritime certificates in the area of engineering, medical and safety.



Lieven joined Ipharra in September 2008 as the owner's representative during her construction where he was actively involved with the development, system designs, sea-trials and commissioning.



Prior to yachting, Lieven was trained as a physiotherapist and worked as a sailing instructor. In his time off, Lieven can be found in the galley, cooking up a storm and creating new recipes, venturing out into new places through the lens of his camera and scuba diving the world. Lieven is fluent in English, Dutch, French.



Whatever you wish for deserted beaches, azure snorkeling sites, beautiful sunsets or the perfect anchorage, Lieven will sit down and tailor an itinerary which is put together with the type of sailing you enjoy. Whilst sailing you can sit back and relax, or if you wish, under Lieven’s expert tuition you can help sail Ipharra, revealing some mysteries of navigation at sea.



Jock Main - Mate/Engineer

Jock hails all the way from Perth, Western Australia where he started actively sailing and racing as a young boy. He has sailed extensively through Australia and South East Asia beginning in the dinghies and progressing to offshore racing.

 

After 10 years of enjoying a successful career in the IT industry, Jock decided to make a full-time career and home in the yachting industry in the summer 2009. Jock has worked as a deckhand/second engineer and IT/AV support on a large motor yachts by combining his Yachtmaster Offshore certificate, Approved Engine Course, and other necessary maritime qualifications; together with his expertise in IT. He has been crew member on board Ipharra since her launch in 2010.



In his free time, he enjoys reading, computing, electronics and scuba diving which he is working towards a Divemaster certification. Being an avid sailor who wants to share his passion and skills, Jock will be delighted to take you out on our Laser dinghy and guide you through the basic sailing maneuvers, navigation and rope-work.



Duncan Taylor – Chef



Spending many afternoons of his early childhood in the kitchen of his Italian grandmother surrounded by fresh ingredients, Duncan developed an appreciation of good food.  Later in life, his passion led him to embark on a gastronomic journey throughout Europe and Southeast Asia discovering an exciting range of new foods and flavors and learning innovative culinary techniques.  



Formally trained in the fine art of French cuisine, Duncan gained many years of experience as a professional chef while working at some of the finest dining establishments and Michelin restaurants in the UK as well as exclusive chalets in Switzerland and France.   



With a focus on utilizing locally sourced seasonal ingredients and combining a delicious and exciting range of flavors, textures and aromas, Duncan is an ingénue at creating masterfully executed international dishes.   Whether you're a gourmet enthusiast or simply enjoy superb cuisine, Chef Duncan Taylor offers a modern and refined dining experience for his guests with a delectable menu designed to perfection.



Pia Limpiyasrisakul - Chief Stewardess

Pia has spent most of her life travelling; hailing from Bangkok, Thailand. She attended school in Perth, Western Australia, and university in Exeter, Britain. During this time she worked in the hospitality industry before moving home to work in the finance and banking industry. Whilst having a successful career in the finance world Pia developed a passion for diving, working her way up to PADI Open Water Instructor.



Pia has now decided to combine this skill set in the yachting industry and completed numerous safety courses and Yachtmaster’s theory. Pia will ensure that all the many details are taken care of in the interior department while lending a ready hand on deck and will be delighted to take you discovering the depths of the oceans.Pia has been aboard Ipharra since the launch in 2010.



Anna Nocun – Deckhand & Stewardess

Originally from Poland, Anna has worked in the yachting industry for over 10 years holding a variety of positions and traveling throughout the world. In addition to her experience aboard yachts, she has earned a Bachelor degree in Tourism and a Masters in Geography. As an outgoing, enthusiastic team player, Anna provides impeccable service working hard to ensure that each and every guest will have an unforgettable experience aboard Ipharra.

IPHARRA Accommodations

IPHARRA can accommodate 12 guests in 5 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet. 2 VIP cabins have a queen size bed, shower and toilet. 2 Twin cabins have a twin bed, a pullman, shower and toilet. IPHARRA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate heads and shower.
