Franck hasa wealth of experience sailing the Seven Seas of the world for the past 18years.

Co-skipper on Tokio and Mari Cha IV,he was first mate on board Geronimo with Olivier de Kersauson when they broke the record of the round the World Jules Vernes Trophy in 2004.
Steeped in the culture of racing sailing yachts, Franck is equally comfortable in command of sophisticated charter yachts and continued his career as Skipper of very popular charter yachts such as Django Too, Rose of Jericho and the classic Tuiga, flagship of the Monaco Yacht Club.
Now onboard Ipharra, he looks forward to sharing his extensive knowledge of the best anchorages and sailing grounds of the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Franck is committed to safety and will enjoy taking you to a new thrilling experience on board this splendid catamaran.

From 2009 to 2013 Anaïs did enjoy working onboard several Motor yachts in the Mediterranean as Chef - Stewardess : Kriskar (23 m), Svea (34 m),Luisamay (34 m), Inouïs (35 m), L’Or (30 m), Escapa’ventures (27 m), MY Secret(50 m), Bojangles (30 m) and King K (43m).
She did work also in French Polynesia onboard M/Y Houbara (24 m) and asCook for day charters in the Caribbean.
In 2014, to improve and confirm her cooking, she worked in the French Rivierain prestigious
5 stars Relais & Châteaux, with Michelin-starred Chefs in La Bastide StAntoine (Chef J. Chibois) and Le Mas Candille (Chef S. Gouloumes).
In 2015, also as Chef de Partie at the Cannes Mariott Hotel.
Then, she turned back to the sea onboard M/Y Couach (22 m) as Cook. Sheis now onboard Ipharra. Her gastronomic background let her know how essential an elegant presentation and high level service are causing a memorable culinary experience to the guests.

With a Master degree in Naval Engineering, grade 110/110 with honor,Alfredo has worked as Captain and Chef Engineer on few sailing yachts : Annamimi 64’,Admiral Tecnomar 76 or Nomad IV 100’.
He also attended Italian and European regattas, wining Silver Medal World Championship regattas in Brest.
He is an excellent team worker and has acquired problem-solving attitude during ship building activity (coordination of a group of skilled workmen) and on board coordinating crews.

She brings experience of busy professional charter and private boats, and she is very capable all aspects of table service, bar tending and general housekeeping.
She has also worked 3 seasons as Chef-hostess onboard motor yachts (Askari 140’) andcatamarans (Aroa & Kaveka 44’, Oya 100’) in French Polynesia
In her prior career in hospitality management in 5 Stars Hotels in French Polynesia and Costa Rica, and event Management in South Africa for the World Cup, she brings knowledge from all over the world. Smiling and enthusiastic she really enjoysher job and provides a high quality service aboard.

During the World Expo she trained the local team to French service and English vocabulary at the Shangai Sofital Hyland.
In Lausanne,Switzerland at the Beau Rivage Palace, she was trained to work in a team in the intern waitress - banqueting department from banqueting department to private diner on the day cruise boat on the Lake of Geneva.In 2015, she worked onboard M/Y Rola (48m).
In her prior career in hospitality management in 5 Stars Hotels and Palaces, all around the world, she developed her skills to be productive, patient and efficient. Herknow-how to deal with exigent people and guests has increased tremendously. She is happy, open minded and very much service oriented. The satisfaction of Owners, Captains, Coworkers and Guests are her main concern.

The Master cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet. 2 VIP cabins have a queen size bed, shower and toilet. 2 Twin cabins have a twin bed, a pullman, shower and toilet.
